What We Review
Strong applications usually include evidence of practical thinking. Depending on the role, that may be a project, prototype, portfolio, campaign sample, writing sample, design audit, repository, workflow map, or short explanation of how you solve problems.
GitHub, GitLab, Codeberg, prototypes, demos, repositories, technical writeups, and working applications.
Notebooks, dashboards, Hugging Face, Kaggle, analytics projects, model evaluations, and responsible AI demos.
Figma, Behance, Canva, campaign ideas, content samples, visual systems, website audits, and brand storytelling.
Process maps, SOPs, workflow diagrams, research briefs, product notes, and practical improvement plans.
Ethara Orbit Hub
Ethara is not built by technology alone. Every tool, platform, system, campaign, interface, workflow, and idea is shaped by human effort — and we believe that effort should be seen, credited, and respected.
We know what it feels like to apply to dozens, sometimes hundreds, of roles and never hear anything meaningful back. Our funded summer positions are limited by budget, role scope, and program requirements. We cannot hire every strong applicant in one cycle, but strong ideas and emerging talent should not disappear into an inbox.
That is why we are developing Ethara Orbit Hub — a future-facing talent, portfolio, and collaboration space where selected applicants and contributors can choose to showcase their thinking, challenge responses, concepts, learning projects, prototypes, and creative problem-solving with proper recognition.
Participation in eOrbit Hub is optional and separate from hiring. Contributors retain ownership of their original work. Ethara will not publish, modify, commercialize, or further develop a submission without permission.
If Ethara wishes to develop a contributor’s concept into a real project, we will first discuss scope, fixed payment, credit, certification, and written terms before moving forward.
Whether someone joins Ethara as a paid team member, contributor, collaborator, contractor, intern, or future applicant, their work and vision matter. The people who help build Ethara should not disappear behind the product.
Next Step
Use the Job Bank posting for the role you are applying to. Where helpful, include a portfolio link, project link, short explanation, or work sample that shows how you approach real problems.
Ethara™ hiring, contributor invitations, Orbit Hub participation, contractor discussions, and future collaboration opportunities are separate pathways. Participation in one pathway does not guarantee employment or paid engagement unless confirmed in writing.
